Choose for your games.
Gaming performance depends on the exact game, graphics hardware, cooling and screen resolution. A family name or large memory number is not enough.
Name the games
Check the recommended requirements for your games and look for independent benchmarks of the exact configuration. Older or lighter games can have very different needs from demanding new releases.
Graphics matter
A dedicated GPU is often appropriate for demanding games. Two laptops carrying the same GPU name can perform differently because of power limits and cooling.
Keep the trade-offs visible
Gaming laptops often bring more weight, fan noise and shorter battery runtime in games. Compare portability and noise as well as frame rates.
A starting checklist
16GB of memory can suit many games; some benefit from more. A 1TB SSD is useful for a large library, but check game sizes. Our finder supplies a shopping profile, not a guarantee that a particular game will run.
